Once you log into the site using your username and password, you will see something like the following.
In order to access your profile click the Profile link on the top of the screen.

Then you will see a screen that looks like the following. When you place your mouse over the Edit tab a menu will drop down
giving you the choice to update your profile. Click on that link.

You will then see your profile - Each tab has room for different information. You can type as much as you need to inside of the
boxes, they will expand the more you type so you do not need to worry about running out of room.

At the very bottom of the page you will see a button that says Update. You want to click on that when you are all done putting information. The information will be saved as you click on the different tabs such as child and pet information, do not click on update until you are done entering all information. Also at the bottom of the screen is an explination of what the symbols next tot he boxes mean. Not visible on profile just means that the information will NOT be given to EMS personell. Visible means that it will. The blue exlimnation point means there is extra information and if you hover your mouse over it that info will pop up. Usually that info is just extra explinations of what a particular field is. It is not something visible on your profile, only you can see it.

There is also a tab called Photo Gallery on this page. You can safely ignore this tab completely.
It is for an expansion of the program that will be offered in the future, but does not control anything right now.

The security information tab is where you create your code and where you can hide your profile. Enter a 8-15 digit code in this spot. It should be a combination of letters and numbers for maximum safety. You do not have to remember this code! it will be printed out on your card and is used by EMS personell to access your account. If you ever lose your card you can change this code and the old code will instantly be useless. Keep in mind that if you change the code you must order a replacement card with the new code on it. You can also click the hide profile button. If you do that, even if someone has the card and has the correct security code - they will not be able to see your information. It will completely hide your profile from everyone but yourself.

When you first sign in and click on profile you will be taken to you main profile page. This is also where you are taken after you click update after editing your profile. You will be able to see all the info on your profile by clicking on the appropriate tabs. If you click on the photo gallery tab on this page you will see a screen like below. Click on submit new gallery entry and the system will walk you through uploading pictures.
